    Shipping Information

    All items will be shipped by UPS with insurance and tracking number, or by USPS for small items within continental United States. All UPS shipments will be checked and directly shipped out by Xisico USA, Inc.

    Please contact Best Airgun for all shipping outside of continental United States. We DO NOT ship airguns to Canada or other countries with import restrictions.

    We usually ship orders:
  • 80% same business day (when you place order early)
  • 15% within two business day
  • 5% within five business day




    Warranty

  • Money back guarantee on defective items within 30 days from day the item is shipped. Will replace defective items (provided that they are in stock) within the 30 day warranty period.
  • Xisico USA, Inc. provides one year limited warranty on all airguns (stock excluded). One month warranty on Airsoft guns.
  • There is a minumum 15% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. This includes problems with wrong use, improper installation, etc.
  • Please email us for return instructions. No unauthorized returns accepted.
  • All returned items should be shipped back with their original packaging, along with manual and accessories.
  • Customers must return items at his/her own cost. No COD returns accepted.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Free shipping items will be charged at our standard shipping rate. No exceptions.
  • All sales are considered final after the 30 day warranty period.
